KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
(2012 - 2013)
Kindergarten Registration for the 2012 -2013 school year is ongoing. Please bring the following items to Mary Ann Sanders Office to register your child for the upcoming school year:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records (Complete)
- Physical - (Dated after 8/8/11)
- Dental Exam
- Two Proofs of Residency (Two current Utility Bills)
