Flyer Approval & Distribution

School-approved e-flyers will be sent over through Aeries Communications/Parent Square.  These e-flyers will keep you informed of upcoming school activities, programs, and events. 
 

Our district cooperates with approved community partners by posting e-flyers online and distributing them electronically through Aeries Communications. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we moved from paper to electronic flyer delivery.

To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be sent to all families and posted online. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

  • Email your flyer in PDF format at velmasilva@sylvan.k12.ca.us
  • Include the purpose and audience for the flyer
  • Include event dates and details
  • Provide your contact information: company, name, phone and email address

District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the standards below.
