Annual Data Confirmation Process for Elementary Schools (Portal Window opens 7/15/22 - 8/26/2022):
During the first couple of weeks of every school year, K-5 families are asked to review and update their student's personal information in our Student Information System (Aeries). This annual process helps to keep our student records up to date, which in turn, plays a huge part in student safety. Having your contact information updated regularly, also allows a higher success rate when we send out communications to our families throughout the school year. We ask that if a family has a change in personal information after the Data Confirmation Process window has closed, to please contact their school site to assist with changes in address, phone numbers, etc...
Annual Data Confirmation Process for Middle Schools (Portal Window opens 7/15/22 - 7/29/2022):
MIDDLE SCHOOL families are required to complete the Data Confirmation Process prior to the first day of school. Parents will need to log into the Aeries Parent Portal to complete the Data Confirmation Process prior to Orientation Day.
