Aeries is our Student Information System that provides access to families, students and staff for attendance, grades, communication, and lunch system. 

Enroll A New Student:

When students enroll in Sylvan District families enroll through Aeries Online Enrollment.  For more information visit the Enrollment page on our website.

Communication Platform:

Aeries Communications is powered by ParentSquare.  This platform allows Sylvan District to send messages to our families to keep them informed throughout the school year.  These message will come through via email and/or text.  You can choose mobile access to ParentSquare HERE. Annual Data Confirmation Process (Window is 7/26/21-8/27/21):

During the first month of the school year, families are asked to review and update their personal information in our Student Information System (Aeries).  This annual process helps to keep our student records up to date, which, in turn, plays a huge part in student safety.  Having your contact information updated regularly, also allows a higher success rate when we send out communications to our families throughout the school year.  We ask that if a family has a change in personal information after the Data Confirmation Process window has closed, they can contact their students school site to assist with changes in address, phone numbers, etc...

Aeries Mobile Apps:

Access Aeries anywhere with mobile apps.  Familes and students can have convenient access to student data in Aeries right from your mobile device. Vist the website on how to download the mobile app. 

Titan Online Meal Payments:

You can access Titan directly from the mobile app or through the Aeries online Parent Portal.  Visit the Sylvan District Nutrition Services website for more information.
