Student life at Daniel J. Savage Middle School extends beyond the classroom. Students are encouraged to participate in activities that promote leadership, teamwork, creativity, school spirit, and personal growth.
Savage offers a variety of opportunities for students to get involved, including athletics, clubs, leadership, WEB, band, drama, and other school-sponsored activities. Participation in extracurricular programs helps students build friendships, develop new skills, and create meaningful connections within the Bobcat community.

Academic Recognition
Daniel J. Savage Middle School recognizes and celebrates students who demonstrate academic excellence through the Honor Roll and Renaissance programs.
Renaissance Qualifications
Students must have no D's or F's on their report card and meet one of the following GPA requirements:
- Platinum: GPA of 4.0
- Crimson: GPA of 3.00 – 3.99
- Navy: GPA of 2.00 – 2.99
Honor Roll Qualifications
- Gold Honor Roll: GPA of 4.0
- Silver Honor Roll: GPA of 3.50 – 3.99
- Bronze Honor Roll: GPA of 3.00 – 3.49
