Aeries Parent Portal

Parents can access their students' attendance by creating an online account through the Aeries Portal. Once an account is established, parents will have full access to view their students' attendance record. Parents can also set their account to have a weekly progress report emailed/texted to you for up-to-date information.  Get started or access your students Aeries account.

Reporting Absences and Submitting Doctor Notes

Parents should report absences to the school as soon as is possible. Doctors notes can also be submitted via email. There are several ways to report your student's absence:

209-552-3300 option 1 - You may contact the school directly via phone

Students who have been absent must receive a "RE-ADMIT" slip from the attendance office before attending the class(es) which were missed.
